Pure Wool Insulation Felt
It density is particularly large, generally 10kg per square meter, hardness, strength is very high, like a piece of wood, not deformation, compression resistance, tensile effect is particularly good, especially high temperature resistance performance is outstanding. Wool is a natural hollow fiber that absorbs and stores a lot of heat. Its application is particularly extensive, everywhere in life, most of the use in electronic

Insulated Mixed Felt
This product is made of fine wool and artificial hollow fiber mixed as raw materials, the process adopts semi-automatic mechanical processing, the quality of raw materials is particularly high. The tensile strength of a single artificial hollow fiber is much stronger than that of wool, so when mixed together, their characteristics are displayed. The tensile strength of the product is stronger, and it is easy to operate and not easy to damage in the production process, saving unnecessary links and reducing costs.
Pure Wool Shockproof Felt
This product uses imported wool as raw material, after screening, mixing, cleaning, carbonization drying, after mechanical treatment, wool paved into a network, and then the flat machine rub bad, ramming felt, fleece, press equal a set of traditional process produced.Shockproof wool felt production requirements are very high, and ramming felt a two processing felt density and cross force, so that the production of felt level off uniformity, good adhesion performance, tight texture, not easy to loose, good resilience.

The F number indicates density, which influences properties and behavior. Lower numbers are easier to cut, absorb vibration better and have increased resistance to abrasion. The grades most often used for gasket applications are F3, F51 and F55.
Industrial felt material is produced in thicknesses from 1/8" to 1" and thicker material is available on request. Standard roll width is 60" but it is also available in sheets which can be cut to whatever size or shape is needed.
