1. Polyester needle-punched felt is made of staggered and uniformly distributed short fibers to filter air, with a porosity of 70%, which is twice that of woven filter cloth.
2. High dust removal efficiency and low gas emission concentration.
3. The surface of the polyester needled felt is finished by hot rolling, singeing or coating, smooth, not easy to be blocked, not deformed, easy to clean dust, and has a long service life.
4. The anti-static needle felt has the function of anti-corrosion and preventing static discharge from blast furnace gas and coal mill bag dust collected in cement plants, and deriving static electricity.
