What Problems Often Occur in The Process Of Felt Factory Processing

Dec 20, 2021

In the process of processing, the felt factory will inevitably exert various external forces such as stretching and torsion of the product to change the original shape of the felt fiber. Although wool felt has good elasticity, it is also the main cause of instability in size and shape.

Wool can quickly attenuate its internal stress under damp and hot conditions, and can change the existing shape according to external force, and then cool or dry to keep the shape. Felt cortex cells contain high-sulfur and low-sulfur proteins. The former is the main component of the matrix, and its molecular chain is amorphous and curled; the latter’s molecular chain has a helical structure and forms basic fibrils in cortical cells. The basic fibrils are then composed of microfibrils, and the microfibrils are further composed of fibrils. Various fibrils are embedded in the tomb, and the fibrils and the authenticator can be connected by disulfide bonds.

The processed felt can better exert its performance in use. Of course, it should be selected appropriately according to the use requirements. Different product specifications are required for different uses. It is best to inform the product use when purchasing, so as not to affect the production and use.
